Mike Dunckley, Founding Partner
Mike is the founder of Catalyst Partners. Trained in marketing and management he has had over thirty years in senior roles in Europe and North America. This experience spans working on strategic business development, organisational transformation, global account leadership, P & L roles and M&A projects globally. This experience spans consumer and industrial customers groups. He has a deep experience of the manufacturing industry including a senior leadership role in a UK FTSE100 in the engineering sector.
Mike's experience includes leadership, director and board roles including contract and negotiating in industries that include automotive, aerospace, defence, power, and batteries and energy, electric vehicles.
He has worked and advised many of the worlds leading corporations in Europe, North America and Asia
Richard Lindley , Partner
Richard is a qualified chartered management accountant and commercially experienced with extensive international business exposure. Since 1982 he has worked at director level in private, AIM and main LSE quoted businesses and has a track record of working in high growth private equity backed companies. He has worked in many business sectors, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, business services, internet, renewable energy and other environmental.
Richard is currently based in the UK but has had the responsibility of running businesses in a number of European countries, namely, Germany, France, Ireland, Sweden and Norway.
Whilst Richard has a background in finance, he has uniquely gained international experience in general management and business development with a strong emphasis on commercial business development. Such development was focused on mergers and acquisitions ranging in size from £1 million to £100 million. As a Finance Director, he has led a Management Buy-out, a floatation on the full list of the London Stock exchange, rights issues and many start-ups and early-stage investment initiatives.
